We take pride in delivering what we promise, so everything we offer has been tested and proven to give you what you need to succeed.  

Marcy Nelson-Garrison’s Coaching trainings are not something to check out, test drive, or “hope” will work. Your success depends on your full commitment to implementing the learning and asking for help when needed.

If investing in our services, programs, and products will cause financial hardship or create stress for you, it’ll be in your best interest to invest at a later time.

REFUNDS: Group Program purchases have a two-week window for refunds, You need to have a conversation with Marcy before a refund is granted.

It’s important to be sure that the material and timing are aligned with you before committing.

All downloadable program and product sales are final, you waive any rights to charge back your purchase with your credit card processor.

DELIVERY: All coaching and mentoring programs are delivered virtually via an online membership platform and Zoom calls. You will be notified by email of any access information you need. 

We are 100% committed to giving you tools, strategies, and coaching that set you up for more success and creative expression. Our goal is to deliver what we promise and so much more.

All bonuses will be delivered on their pre-scheduled dates to current members only.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

There are no refunds on online courses, MP3 audio or eBook products.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to make all payments you have committed to. We don’t cancel payments, as this is not a membership.

*If you’ve gone through all of the course material, completed all the homework, and asked for support from us during the program and still feel our program hasn’t delivered on the promise, submit your completed homework before the end of the course and I’ll personally hop on the phone with you. In the rare event of a refund, there’ll be a 10% processing fee. You’ll also lose access to all materials.
