I've known about the Enneagram as a personality typing tool for years but never gave it much thought until hearing about the work of Elizabeth Carrington-House and Diana Redmond. These two very successful coaches see the Enneagram as a powerful spiritual tool and use it to help their clients feel deeply seen and move past limitations. They believe the Enneagram represents the next level of coaching mastery.
