Happy Rambles is an online journalling tool to help you practice gratitude on a daily basis.  Studies have shown that gratitude can be cultivated and doing so can increase your sense of well-being and even your energy and optimism.
Whats great about this program is the ease! It automatically sends you an email every evening asking for the 5 things you are grateful for today. All you need to do is hit reply and type your answer. No need to log in anywhere – you can do it from your smart phone.
You can visit the website anytime to see all of your entries. Not a bad thing to do when the gremlins are nipping at your heals.
 A nice structure if you are trying to develop this habit. Great resource for clients too!
