Creating Your ‘Support’ Map

AnneLamont

The commitment to take action on a big project, goal or business initiative is definitely a form of nurturing. Nurturing a vision, nurturing creative urges, nurturing internal shifts, nurturing your business and nurturing the contribution you want to make.  The question is – what will truly support you to achieve those important goals.

Here are some questions to help you identify the support you need to pave the way for success.

1. What’s the environment that will nurture my movement and success?

2. Who are the people close to me that will support and nurture my success?

3. How do I like to receive support? What types of words or actions really land?

4. Who are the professionals (or types of professionals)  I need to move forward?

5. What are the practical things – maintenance things that need to be attended to so that I can be successful?

6. What information do I need (how to's, technical, resources) to be successful?
7. What does my body need to help me be successful?
8. What does my mind need in order to help me achieve this goal?
9. What does my heart need for me to be successful?
10. Whats the help you would love to have but are afraid to ask for?

Your answers provide the "MAP" of your support needs. Consider making it an actual visual map to remind you to put these things in place and lean into them as needed. Stepping into greatness requires support!
